Note 2Did he have a brother Constantine George Balli, recorded as a merchant in the City of London in 1873, also perhaps the Constantine George, of Smyrna, who took British citizenship 10 Feb 1849, died aged 69 24 July 1885, buried West Norwood?

Note 3Left estate to his wife Calliope and his son John.
